Terms of service

Please read the terms carefully so we avoid any misunderstandings
If you have any doubts or issues with any of these conditions, don't hesitate on ask me so we can get to a solution

I, Sof:

  • Have the right to refuse a commission

  • Have the right to cancel a commission and refund it

  • will Keep the copyright of the artwork

  • post the artwork on my socials and keep it on my portfolio

You, the costumer:

  • Can post the artwork on any social media! (with the proper credit to me)

  • Retain the rights to the intellectual property (IP)

  • CAN'T use the artwork for commercial purposes or to make profits from the commissioned piece (reselling, redistributing, make prints, etc.)

  • CAN'T alter or edit my artwork without my consent

Make the following is copyright infringement:

  • Make NFT'S or any blockchain-based technologies

  • Summit the artwork on AI's softwares

  • Remove my signature

  • Altering the artwork without ask

  • Sell the artwork in merchandising

About payment:

Depending on the type of commission you ask for, the payment would have some different treatment:

  • If its a 5-10$ commission is full payment after the piece is delivered

  • If its a 20-25 50/50

  • if its a 30+ 50/50

Extra notes:

  • If i can't start your commission and you already pay me, i'll do a 100% refund

  • If you cancel the commission, i haven't start it and you already pay me, you get a 100% refund

  • If you cancel the commission when i already have 50% done you get a 45% refund (speaking of 30+ commissions)

I can draw:

  • Your ocs

  • Humans

  • Robots

  • Furries

  • Ship art

  • Fandom art

  • Gore and horror (more details below)

  • Real people (more details below)

I'm not going to draw:

  • Problematic shipping (Pedo/Incest/selfcest)

  • NSFW (erotic art)

  • Mechas/ transformers

  • Only Landscapes

  • Hate art

  • Politics

  • Overly complex designs

  • Imitation of artstyles (cartoons, anime, other's artist artworks etc)

About gore:

I'm myself a gore artist and my resistance for violence is high, however i have some small rules for my horro/gore art that are the following:

  • I will NOT draw ero guro

  • I will NOT draw real people in these situations

  • Body horror is okay

About real people:

You must provide me photos of the people you want to me to draw, i must remind that i'm not a hyper realistic artist and i have my own style for drawing humans, please be sure the persons on the photos agree on be drawn

Process and delivery

Take note, that if the commission costs more than $20, i'll ask half of the payment before delivering the art, in case of be a $5-15, you pay after i have the piece done! I will not deliver the piece in full quality and without watermarks until the money is deliver, i'll try my best to show always i have the product for youI'll notif you when i start drawing the commission,give 4 examples of poses (in case you can't decide an angle for them).
Once that is decided, the sketch will be starting, please tell me if you want to change something during this stage, after i start doing lineart, i'll charge 2$ for the change (unless there was a misunderstood)Depending on what kind of commission is, i can take around 1 week to delivery (if its a $5-20 commission) and considering there's not many people on the queueIf you ask for a full render ($30-50+) commission, the time will be around 2-3 weeks, this due of my schedule, i want to bring you the most well work piece, i usually draw freely on weekendsIn case of taking much time, i'll notif you about the situation if something happened or if i'm getting problems with the pieceOnce finished, i will sent you the full resolution via email or google drive (you decide)

Sketch/lineart

5-20$ Messy lineart, one color for fill (max of 2+ characters for not extra charges) can have colored background with a pattern (dots, stars etc) no extra charge for it

20-25$ colored sketch* with flat color a very small details (max of 2 characters for not extra charges) Usualy color background with a pattern (dots, stars etc) no extra charge for it

Shading/render

30-40$ Full character render with a simple background (from 2+ characters, each additional character charges 5$)

Full piece

$45-50 Full render + detailed background (from 2+ characters, each additional character charges 10$)
